Pool Safety Inspection

We carry out pool inspections all over Melbourne, Victoria and southern NSW, providing a premium service you can trust and rely on. We work with real estate agents, private homeowners and local councils to ensure every swimming pool, spa and wet area is certified and meets Victorian legislation.

• Our pool inspectors will provide a comprehensive assessment of your pool area to determine the level of compliance & safety barriers required
• We’ll guide you on the steps that need to be finalised in order to achieve full compliance
• Recommendations & professional advice on non-compliance issues
• If you are already compliant, nothing else needs to be done except for paying the necessary fee. You will be issued with your Compliance Certificate on the spot.
• If non-compliant, we’ll give you some time to rectify the issues and come back at a later date for a re-inspection.

Re-inspection & Follow Up Service

• If non-compliance has been determined at the initial inspection, you will need to engage in our follow up service.
• Safety barriers will need to be re-inspected at a time that suits you
• A maximum 60-day grace period is allowed for rectification works to be finalised. One of our inspectors will return to ensure compliance is achieved.
• You will receive a Certificate of Pool and Spa Barrier Compliance (Form 23) upon completion.
